November 2 – Serie A club Napoli, coming a little late to the fan engagement party, has launched its first-ever Official Membership programme.
In partnership with sports technology company KDA3, Napoli is introducing a digital fan community. The membership, of course, comes in two tiers. Free and paid.
The free option is open to all, while the premium plan is priced at €75 per year. Both platforms provide access to exclusive content and the opportunity to take part in prize draws.
Premium members receive early access to home match tickets, a €25 voucher for the official online store, and entry into exclusive contests featuring unique experiences.
SONO NAPOLETANO, meaning ‘I am Neapolitan’, is more than just the programme’s slogan – it’s the heart of the project. “The Membership was created to preserve and strengthen this bond,” the club said, describing it as “a direct thread between the Club and its supporters, transforming it into a true community.”
The launch reflects a growing trend across football, where clubs are investing in exclusive membership ecosystems to strengthen loyalty, drive engagement, and bring fans closer to the club more often.
